改善灌溉解民忧。普洱鑫泰能源投资有限公司所辖21座水电站分布于普洱市8县1区的崇山峻岭，公司党委在春耕生产、抗旱保苗的攻坚时期，组织党员服务队主动出击，对电站周边灌溉用水进行走访调研，织密联系服务群众的纽带，利用水电站引水渠道开设引水口，为农田提供灌溉用水。多年来，公司累计为农田提供灌溉用水2000万立方米。

赋能绿色出行“村村通”。积极发挥产业优势，加快补齐农村地区充电基础设施短板，不仅负责完成上级部署建设的156个充电场站、383台充电桩，还积极投资622万元为景谷傣族彝族自治县、墨江哈尼族自治县、澜沧拉祜族自治县等少数民族聚集地完善充电基础设施，建设10个充电场站、73台充电桩，实现了普洱市103个乡（镇）充电基础设施覆盖率为100%，帮助少数民族群众打造安心、快捷的绿色出行环境，助力乡村振兴。
