本报讯（记者孙雪梅）为深入贯彻习近平文化思想，进一步挖掘秦皇岛城市文化内涵，6月9日，“2025·AI秦皇岛”全国创意绘画大赛正式启动。大赛以人工智能生成内容为核心技术手段，以绘画作品为主赛道，充分展示秦皇岛自然风光和历史人文元素，为国内相关领域大学生及爱好者提供多元化、个性化实践舞台，助力全国滨海旅游目的地建设。

本次大赛由市委宣传部、市委网信办、秦皇岛旅游控股集团有限公司、市广播电视台联合主办。赛事作品均需围绕有关秦皇岛方面的内容进行创意设计，以AI视角展示秦皇岛形象，体现“美丽秦皇岛”的设计主题，参赛者必须使用AI技术完成核心创作环节（如线稿生成、色彩渲染、构图布局），允许结合手绘（纸质/数位板）进行后期修饰或局部重绘。

本次大赛聚焦滨海旅游文化元素、长城文化元素、历史人文领域，基于滨海资源、长城资源、经典故事等进行AI视觉还原或创意重构。参赛对象为国内高校在校生以及社会个人或组织。参赛者需要在“乐游秦皇”微信公众号和大赛主页两个渠道完成作品提交。作品提交截止日期为7月5日，7月27日进行决赛，并对获奖选手颁发奖金和证书。8月1日至8月20日，获奖作品及特邀作品将在秦皇岛博物馆展示。详情请联系“乐游秦皇”平台咨询电话：0335-7808031或0335-7808000。本次参赛免费报名，不收取任何费用。
