“现在雨天出门，不用担心积水多、路难走了。”6月12日，青龙满族自治县都阳路街道龙城明珠社区居民张先生站在社区新疏通的沟渠旁，看着清澈的流水欢快地汇入管网，脸上满是笑容。

曾几何时，这条长约200米的“畅水道”，是让99户居民谈“雨”色变的“堵心沟”。

“一下雨，路就淹，家里进水，老人小孩不敢出门。”提起以前的情形，龙城明珠社区的一位居民感慨地说，赶上下大雨，浑浊的积水长时间滞留，不仅淹没道路，还会倒灌入户。

居民的处境，社区干部记挂在心。社区党支部第一时间上报居民的诉求。都阳路街道党工委负责人牵头，协调县住建、市政等部门现场办公，街道包居领导与社区负责人多次现场勘察，最终确认是沟渠淤积、管网老化导致流水“卡了壳”。

为赶在下次降雨前打通“梗阻”，一场清淤攻坚战迅速启动。工程启动前，社区干部逐户上门介绍施工计划，征求居民意见。居民的支持远超预期。施工过程中，有人主动清理沟渠旁的杂物，有人为施工人员送茶水，有人帮忙拉警戒线。大家都觉得，街道、社区在为自己解决问题，自己不能袖手旁观，得出力帮忙一起干。

“社区事就是自家事”成为默契，社区里涌动着“共治暖流”。经过72小时的连续奋战，沟渠宽度从0.8米增至1.2米，深度增加30厘米，内壁加固，排水能力大大提高。

通水当天，居民们看着清澈的流水“咕嘟咕嘟”汇入管网，有人还特意扫净渠边落叶，大家高兴地说，“这么敞亮的沟，得好好护着。”

“以前总觉得干部和咱隔着啥，如今瞧见他们蹲在沟里忙活，泥点儿沾满身，才真切感受到——咱老百姓的事儿，人家都搁心里头惦记着呢！”居民李女士的话道破基层治理的“精髓”：当干部把群众的“痛点”当“重点”，当居民从“旁观”变“参与”，民生难题就会迎刃而解。
