青龙还积极倡导全县食品企业研发板栗产品，通过政策支持和技术服务，推动深加工规模化、规范化发展。如今，小板栗在高新技术加持下，已变身为糖炒栗子老棒冰、板栗粽、板栗粥等多元化商品。在龙头企业带动下，全县相关果品种植专业合作社逾千家。今年3月，“青龙板栗”地理标志证明商标成功注册，标志着青龙农产品品牌建设迈上新台阶。

“现在每天订单不断，直播带货、打包发货是常态。少了中间环节，收益更好。”肖营子镇五指山村青龙文兴种植专业合作社负责人韩文亮说。

为克服山区交通限制，青龙创新实施“三级书记抓电商”，在阿里巴巴乡村振兴特派员协助下，推动板栗触网出山。目前，已注册天猫青龙旗舰店，签约“盒马县”“盒马村”，打造县乡村电商物流体系，催生活跃店铺近4000家，带动就业1.5万人，实现农村网络零售额突破26亿元。

青龙还积极探索板栗产业与文旅产业深度融合。革命老区祖山镇花厂峪村，红色旅游与板栗美食相得益彰，形成了独具特色的乡村旅游模式。今年，“美栗青龙·粽情端午”农文旅推介活动在大森店村成功举办，以节庆串联特产及民宿资源，吸引众多游客。在肖营子镇“秋山度·栗”园，游客学习编织板栗花绳，穿梭花丛尽享栗香之乐。

青龙还通过举办板栗节、谋划古树认领、建设展示中心等，并以“板栗+”模式（+工业、+商业、+旅游、+康养、+文化），全力推动一二三产业深度融合，让一颗颗小小的板栗，持续为县域经济发展和乡村振兴注入新动能。
