北戴河因旅游而兴，多年来资源、产业、人口密集于东南部，旅游淡旺季差异明显。北戴河区按照“依托海而不依赖海”的工作理念，加速文旅融合，以丰富多层次、高品质的产品供给，将游客由沿海向腹地吸引、游玩时间由旅游旺季向全年延伸，真正实现从“看海”到“用海”，从“单一场景”到“多元生态”的拓展，打造四季运营的拳头品牌。

今年以来，北戴河区聚焦“培树精品、塑造标杆”核心战略，持续盘活怪楼片区资源，构建起“艺术赋能、康养升级、研学创新”三位一体的项目矩阵，为滨海旅游品牌注入全新活力。通过延展旅游服务时间，打造首个全季运营新片区。针对游客向海而来、旅游淡旺季差异明显等问题，以艺术、康养、研学为主题，引入精品项目赋能片区建设。

7月，北戴河·不同艺术小镇正式开园。作为北戴河文旅融合发展的重要载体，北戴河·不同艺术小镇巧妙连接艺术与生活，打造出一个独具特色的沉浸式艺术体验空间。

8月17日，记者走进夜幕下的北戴河·不同艺术小镇。这座占地120亩的沉浸式艺术体验乐园，呈现了不同CIRCLE当代艺术中心、不同艺术商业街区、不同艺工坊、不同艺术聚场四大核心区域。开园期间，同步推出《夏日波普狂想-龙虾星球》《不同·艺术后浪十大美院学生优秀作品展》等主题展览。潮汕＆北戴河非遗共创馆、王艺工作室等特色艺术空间，令人领略非遗的碰撞交融与当代艺术的独特魅力。丝路风情街、陶市集、非遗艺术市集、不同艺术市集等多主题市集，
