<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>张宏宇<strong> 通讯员</strong>钟艺文<strong>）</strong>为增强新员工遵规守纪和廉洁自律意识，筑牢拒腐防变思想道德防线，近日，中交一航局第五工程有限公司结合党风廉政宣教月活动安排，组织开展2025届新员工“廉洁第一课”，筑牢员工拒腐防变思想根基，扣紧廉洁从业“第一粒扣子”。

航五公司总部采用新员工培训前10分钟廉洁学习的形式进行集体廉洁教育，组织在秦新员工开展了廉洁座谈，在问卷调查的基础上对新员工在廉洁风险点、“潜规则”、廉洁文化建设等方面的疑问进行现场交流，并组织新员工参观总部廉洁文化长廊，强化廉洁自律意识，增强拒腐防变本领。其间，新员工进行集体廉洁宣誓，郑重承诺将秉持廉洁自律的原则，为开创公司高质量发展新篇章贡献自己的力量。

狮子洋项目部组织新员工在“立心守正 护航筑廉”主题廉洁长廊开展廉洁党课；厦门第三东通道项目部党支部带领新员工在“鹭廉先锋”廉洁文化长廊开展廉洁教育；第十二项目部组织新入职员工前往李大钊故居、李大钊纪念馆开展“新生廉洁第一课”主题教育；安装工程处组织新员工开展廉洁座谈会，共同观看廉洁公益视频《扣好第一粒扣子》；钦州港项目部结合项目实际，详解廉洁风险点及防控措施，引导新员工筑牢思想防线。
