11月12日，在北戴河区浅水湾浴场，成群的鸥鸟翩跹起舞，吸引市民驻足观赏。近年来，我市积极践行绿色发展理念，在海洋生态保护领域持续发力，创新岸滩修复模式，统筹推进陆域与海域污染协同防治，实现从源头到入海口的全方位管控，构建起多部门协同、全社会参与的长效管护体系。如今，岸绿如茵、滩净如洗的滨海盛景正徐徐铺展成一幅生机盎然的生态画卷。
