<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>史娜<strong>）</strong>为推进机关党建引领营商环境赋能工程建设，近日，市林业局与河北省农林科学院昌黎果树研究所签署联学共建协议，共同探索构建“资源共享、优势互补”的党建与业务融合新格局。

根据协议，双方将围绕“组织共建、理论共学、资源共享、发展共促”目标，通过座谈交流、观摩学习、联合调研、党建共建等形式，聚焦地区特色林果产业需求，构建常态化合作机制，共建林业科技示范基地，推广优质品种与高效栽培技术，深化林果新品种新技术推广、有害生物防治、产业链提质增效等领域合作，助力林业领域新质生产力提升。同时，通过专家讲学、业务实训、联合攻关等形式，强化林业技术人才队伍建设，共同推进党建引领人才建设。以联学共建为纽带，开展联合主题党日、党建研讨等活动，探索“党建+科技”“党建+产业”融合模式，把党建优势转化为破解林业发展难题、推动产业高质量发展的实际成效。

签约仪式后，由市林业局牵头组织，昌黎果树研究所专家团队赴青龙满族自治县开展板栗种植技术专题培训。600余名来自卢龙县、抚宁区、海港区、青龙满族自治县的种植户、林业技术骨干等参加培训。
