12月18日，海南自由贸易港将正式启动全岛封关运作。目前，封关运作所需软硬件条件已准备就绪，10个“二线口岸”通过国家验收，海关智慧监管平台已上线运行，海南国际旅行卫生保健中心等4个海关封关保障项目已全部投入使用。
