用自己的钱买来汉堡奖励单词竞赛获奖的学生。下自习后，小旺同学徘徊在我办公桌前，低头轻声问：“老师，我能否用我赢来的汉堡换用你的手机给我姐姐打个电话？我虽然在班里有很多朋友，却还是觉得很孤独。”在教书第三十个年头的秋天，我从“小彭”老师变成了学生口中的“彭妈”。那一刻我意识到，我们面对的学生，已不再是昨天的我们。

现代青少年习惯于在屏幕中建立关系，却在现实世界中感到疏离。教室里出现越来越多的孤独者。我渐渐明白，作为教师，我要理解这种孤独的根源。第二天英语课，我们学习“body language”时，我设计活动让学生体验肢体语言的力量。教室里到处是专注的眼神、会心的微笑和紧紧的拥抱。小旺课后告诉我，这是他一个月来第一次感到被真正倾听和理解。

这件事让我深深意识到，我们不仅要教授知识，更要帮助学生建立真实的情感连接。随后一学期，我在教学中嵌入了更多真实互动环节：英语角讨论、小组合作、英语话剧。看到学生学会用彼此的眼睛说话，在合作中建立信任，我感悟到：英语的美不在于发音和语法，而在于它连接起来的一个个鲜活灵魂。

王丽生活在优裕家庭，眼里却常流露出疲惫感。“彭老师，我好像只是完成父母写的剧本，特别想拥有自我。”她的话让我深思，我想起教育家保罗·弗莱雷的话：“教育不是填充容器，而是点燃火焰。”我们是否太关注填充知识，而忘记了点燃他们内心的火焰？

我通过班主任联系王丽的家长，同时在教学中留出更多“空白”，鼓励学生提出自己的问题。有一次我们用整整一节英语课谈论“展望未来的生活”，那天我看到了王丽眼里久违的光亮。

小琳曾问我：“现在翻译软件这么厉害，我们为什么要辛苦学英语？”三十年来，英语教学的“器”在变，但“道”从未改变：语言从来不只是工具，它是翅膀，承载心灵飞向广阔天空。我告诉学生：“翻译软件能给你答案，但给不了思考的过程；能传递信息，但传递不了情感和文化。学习英语，是为了在你们心中种下一颗理解世界多样性的种子。”

教师是守望者，守望着年轻灵魂在不确定的世界里寻找方向。教书三十年，我最深的感悟是：教育不是单向灌输，而是双向滋养；不是塑造，而是唤醒。我们播下的不只是知识的种子，更是希望的星光。当这些星光在年轻心灵中亮起，会照亮比我们想象更远的远方。

上完晚自习，我收拾教案踏上回家的路。明天又有新的困惑、挑战与突破。而我，依然会站在这里，用生命的又一个冬天，继续与生命的对话——这就是一个守望者的幸福。
