<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>李正男<strong>）</strong>冬日的港城大地寒意正浓，京哈高速九门口复线建设现场却一片热火朝天——大型机械轰鸣作业，建设者们抢抓工期攻坚克难。“这条承载着区域交通升级使命的重点工程，不仅是我市‘十四五’交通建设成果的延续，更是‘十五五’时期交通运输事业高质量发展的开篇序曲。”市交通运输局副局长高伟志介绍说。1月15日，2026年秦皇岛市交通运输工作会议召开，全面擘画“十五五”时期发展蓝图，明确了未来5年交通运输发展的核心方向与关键任务。

“‘十五五’时期是基本实现社会主义现代化夯实基础、全面发力的关键时期。交通运输作为中国式现代化的开路先锋，肩负着崇高使命与重大责任。”高伟志说，全市交通运输系统将提高政治站位，深入贯彻落实党的二十届四中全会精神，准确把握全国交通运输工作会议提出的“三个转向”发展趋势——推进方式由分方式成网转向跨区域统筹、跨方式衔接、跨领域融合，发展动能由要素驱动转向结构优化、数智赋能、绿色转型协同驱动，增长模式由增量扩张转向内涵式发展。同时，严格落实全省交通工作会议部署的“四大工程”“四个转型”“三大场景”“四大行动”战略任务，紧扣《交通强国建设纲要》等政策要求，立足秦皇岛区位优势，巩固拓展京津冀交通一体化成果，着力破除瓶颈制约、补强短板弱项，推动交通运输事业在高质量发展轨道上实现新跨越。

高伟志介绍，作为“十五五”开局之年，2026年的交通工作将为未来5年发展筑牢根基。在京哈高速九门口复线等重大项目的牵引下，我市将重点抓好五方面工作：一是持续织密立体交通网络，加速规划落地实施，攻坚重大交通项目建设，同步推进干线公路养护与农村公路提质升级，进一步完善现代化综合交通运输体系；二是聚焦交通惠民实事，优化公众出行服务供给，深化客货邮融合发展，提升北戴河机场服务能级与辐射范围，
