<strong>本报讯（记者</strong>孙雪梅<strong>）</strong>一座博物馆，一桌“长城饭”，一段历史情。山海关中国长城博物馆精心打造的“博创食驿”文创主题餐厅，将于春节前面向广大游客与市民创新推出“长城饭”系列文化餐饮，以美食为载体，讲述长城脚下的历史故事与饮食智慧。

“长城饭”系列餐饮以明代长城戍边饮食文化为主线，深入挖掘山海关地域特色，将历史文化、戍边生活与地方物产巧妙融合，精心设计了10余道具有浓郁地方特色和文化内涵的菜品。每道菜品都承载着一段长城故事，让游客在品味美食的同时，感受历史温度。

“长城饭”系列菜品充分展现了长城沿线饮食文化的融合智慧：“戚继光扒猪脸”源自明代抗倭名将戚继光驻守蓟州镇时的饮食故事，史料记载其因酷爱此道家乡菜而调厨师随军制作；“龙头螺茄煲”则以山海关老龙头为背景，选用渤海海螺与山地茄子，诠释了“一关锁山海”的地域文化意象；“烽火豆腐籽”记录了明清时期戍边军民以油盐豆腐脑作为便捷早餐的饮食传统；“龙武营烩菜”则反映了守边军民利用干菜储存过冬的生存智慧。此外，“蓟镇煎炸咸鱼”“榆关古法走油肉”等菜品，均从食材选择、烹饪技法等方面再现了长城脚下的生活场景。

值得一提的是，“长城饭”系列菜品中的“长城面”源于戍边将士用小麦、荞麦、薯面的“三和面”手擀宽面，用肉汤虾蟹、贝类等煮制的汤面，配搭秘方手工制作的“天下第一关城楼”型午餐肉，在丰富营养的同时，更是具有浓厚地域文化的“网红”特色美食。
