秦皇岛市第十五届人民代表大会第八次会议审查了市人民政府提出的《关于秦皇岛市2025年预算执行情况和2026年预算草案的报告》及2026年预算草案，同意市人民代表大会财政经济委员会的审查结果报告。会议决定，批准《关于秦皇岛市2025年预算执行情况和2026年预算草案的报告》，批准秦皇岛市2026年市级预算。
